Randy has over 25 years of business experience, including Sales Manager, General Manager, Small Business Owner, Managing Consultant, Director of E-Commerce, Chief Information Officer, College Professor, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Randy has an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Information Technology and General Business. During his varied business career, he has worked around the globe to help companies grow their top line and their bottom line. Just a few of his many accomplishments include:
- Lead a team of over 200 professionals to create and launch a new web-based business model for an established global company. This resulted in a spin off business that achieved first year revenue of $500M and over $1B in annual revenue by year three.
- Created an Executive Leadership Training Program for a consumer products company that the organization uses to train all corporate executives.
- Lead the senior management team of a global Information Technology organization through a process review that successfully reduced costs by over 30% while at the same time increasing the overall level of customer service.
- Facilitated the total review of a $1B company’s strategic direction, and lead the senior management team through a strategic planning process that resulted in a new accelerated growth plan.
- Developed the curriculum for a Technology Management program for the M.B.A. program of a major University, and taught the program to graduate students.

Claire has over 25 years of business experience, both domestically and internationally, working to develop strategies, programs and processes which have positively impacted company sales and profitability. Her extensive executive experience includes Marketing, Global Brand Management, Brand Communications, New Business Development and Training. Claire has an M.B.A. and Bachelors degrees in Marketing and Business.
Just a few of her many accomplishments include:
- New Business Development – developed and directed the marketing strategy for a new web-based business, which ranked as one of the top ten Health & Beauty e-commerce sites within its first year and was profitable from day one.
- Sales Development – created an all new curriculum of sales training programs and built a team of professional trainers to support a global company’s sales force, and drive significant sales increases.
- Brand Management – developed and implemented a multi-million dollar brand growth plan for a global health brand, doubling its sales over a three year period and propelling the product line to the company’s highest profit-contributing brand.
- Business Strategy - created and led a partnership, team-based strategic planning process, successfully engaging all levels of the organization to embrace and work toward the company’s bold plan for growth.
